SUPPLY AND CONFIGURE OF UPS ON SIEMENS SPPA-T3000 DCS

• UPS installation in the server cabinet
• Cleaning of the UPS and its Components
• Installation of the NMC (Network Management Card)
• Configure IP Address and Host Name to the UPS
• Make sure all cables connected to the UPS are labelled
• Add UPS Proxy on the SPPA-T3000 DCS
• Add UPS Mimic on the SPPA-T3000 SCADA/HMI
• Configure the UPS Proxy and the network
• UPS Battery Status checks (Recommend using a new battery)
• UPS fault status checks
• Commissioning of UPS and Function checks
• Supply of UPS Batteries as Spares
• Supply of Power and Ethernet Network cables for the UPS

UNIT 1-6 SO3 PLANT SIEMENS S7(STEP 7 AND TIA PORTAL) PLC AND NETWORK

• Network Troubleshooting
• Time Configuration
• Do Back-ups

SIEMENS-T3000 DCS SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND PATCHING

• Conduct System Network Health check, investigation and diagnostics on Network components, AP's, Servers, Comms modules, redundant devices faults, IO FUM modulesfaults
• Perform Servers Redundancy tests
• Conduct Automation Processors, Communication modules components Redundancy Tests, Imaging of Pi OPC Interfaces drives, (and then installation of these on new hardware)
• Repair and re-establish communication faults within OT network and between OT and, Automation system
•  Optimization of Application Servers Computer (System disk clean-up/defragmentation), o Memory, CPU usage, storage capacities
• Perform Back-up of Application Server and Archive Engineering data
• Set up and configure Printers and other peripheral devices (i.e., thin client, switches, firewalls etc.)
• Perform Anti-virus scan and updates on Application Servers and Thin Clients
• DCS, Servers cabinets and Control Room thin client cabinets cleaning, Compile a Report and QC plan for all activities performed

Provide on-job training to C&I Maintenance
