U6 BPS OUTAGE SCOPE OF WORK

• Complete shutdown and start-up of SPPA-T3000 systems software application handling.
• Complete shutdown and start-up of Application servers (Virtual Machines) and physical DRSERVER MX RX200 S6 /XENSERVER hardware
• Application Servers and Physical servers hardware redundancy re-synchronization after server Start-up
•  SPPA- T3000 Systems alarms monitoring and troubleshooting (e.g., ASD alarms (Alarm sequence display alarms)
• Time synchronization checks to overall SPPA-T3000 network components (Thin clients, CPU, CS3000)
• Thin clients/ Operator terminal Operating system health checks and overall system reboot
• Checking hardware and software resources (e.g., storage capacities, memory usage, CPU usage)
• Checking malware prevention /Antivirus and updating the Employer on the status
• SPPA-T3000 Field I/O components inspection (SIM Module, Failsafe Module, Analog splitter)
• Troubleshooting of Field, I/O components
• Third party system interface communication checks (Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, Profibus, Profinet)
• CS3000 communication module redundancy checks and overall long operation reboot
• S7-400H-F PLC health system checks and fault diagnosis (Battery fault, Bus External and Internal faults)
• S7-400H-F PLC redundancy functionality tests
• Management highway Network components status checks and troubleshooting (1GB network components checks) 
• Application highway Network components status checks and troubleshooting (Scalance switches, Firewalls, Routers)
• Automation highway Network components status checks and troubleshooting
• Communication protocol transport Medium checks (Profibus, LAN cable, Fibre Optics, Serial Cable)
• Support in clearing forced/simulated signals
• Server UPS battery checks and replacement (If battery is provided by the employer)
