• Complete shutdown and start-up of SPPAT3000 systems software application handling.
• Application Servers and Physical servers' hardware redundancy resynchronization after server Startup
• SPPA- T3000 Systems alarms monitoring and troubleshooting (e.g., ASD alarms (Alarm sequence display alarms)
• SPPA-T3000 Field I/O components inspection (SIM Module, Failsafe Module, Analog splitter) Troubleshooting of Field, I/O components
• S7-400H-F PLC health system checks and fault diagnosis (Battery fault, Bus External, and Internal faults).
• Server UPS battery checks and replacement (If battery is provided by the employer)
• Network components status checks and troubleshooting.
• Third party system interface communication checks (Modbus TCP/IP, OPC,Profibus, Profinet)
